So this (slightly unorthodox) meal turned out way bigger than planned, but was still amazing and fits my eating plan. Baked potato with nutritional yeast and ketchup on top, side of olives, and a bowl of tofu scramble with avocado mixed in. The Lara Bar came later for dessert. Our eating schedule is a bit weird on Sunday's so by the time dinner comes around I'm starving! This really hit the spot. 🙂👍 #vegan #vegetarian #plantbased #wfpb #weightloss #weightlossjourney
