While on this new health journey, I've found a lot of plant-based proteins I love. Tempeh, oil-free veggie patties, and different kinds of tofu work best for me because they're quick and easy. BUT, if you're on a budget or don't like soy/fake meats, just eat beans, chickpeas, lentils, split peas, nuts or seeds as your protein instead!
